If you are under debt review and feel like you can handle your finances without a debt counselor or because your financial situation has improved, we will help you leave debt review.
If your debt obligations have been settled, we will issue you with a clearance certificate. You will then be able to re-enter the credit market if you wish.
A signed letter with an instruction to remove you from debt review is all it takes to exit debt review, but bear in mind that if you leave it prematurely (before completing the debt review process), you revert to your original agreement with your creditors which means they are free to, and within their right to institute legal action against you. In such a case it would be wise to make prior arrangements such as debt mediation with your creditors before leaving debt review.
